Low Profile Design

The Keystone KT-EMRG-1400-SL/B emergency ballast is designed to keep fluorescent fixtures illuminated during power interruptions, helping meet life safety and code requirements in commercial and institutional spaces. It installs in new or existing fixtures and operates with or without an AC ballast, making it a flexible solution for retrofit and new construction applications.

When normal power is lost, the internal sealed battery automatically engages and delivers a minimum of 90 minutes of emergency illumination. A built-in LED indicator and push-to-test switch simplify routine testing and inspections, while the low-profile steel housing allows for installation inside, on top of, or remote from the fixture.
